Apply to be a Stallholder
Information for Interested Stallholders
We invite you to apply to become a Stallholder for the 2025 Gayndah Orange Festival. This event is well worth it! The event committee and the Gayndah community at large go above and beyond to see the festival be a fantastic success.
The Gayndah Orange Festival was first held in 1957 and has continued every 2 years ever since. It brings family, friends and visitors together to the town, from near and far. Many travel great distances to attend (even further south than Brisbane). This event is also on the calendar of many van-lifers, backpackers, family travellers and grey-nomads. It is a fun-filled weekend for everyone!
One of the many main features of the festival is the Market and diverse Food Stalls. There are many attractions and drawcards for this event including but not limited to the main street pracession, children & family-friendly rides, the stalls themselves, activities, competitions and SOO much more!! Attendee numbers each year are excellent! Maybe you are a veteran stallholder attendee and intend to return in 2025. If so, we look forward to seeing you there. If however, you have never attended the Gayndah Orange Festival and have a Market or Food Stall, it’s well worth applying to bring your stall to the event. Stallholders from previous years (including 2023) can vouch for this.
Please note: both returning and first-time stallholders need to apply. Please read further down this page for more information and links to the application forms.
Locations
Stalls are set up in Meson and Fielding Streets on Saturday before moving to the Gayndah Showgrounds for the Family Fun Day on the Sunday. Attendee numbers for both days are excellent! Your stall will be located in the thoroughfare and will experience excellent foot-traffic!
