To submit your entry into the 2025 Gayndah Orange Festival Decorated Float Competition and Parade Procession on Saturday the 3rd of May 2025, please fill out and submit the below online form. Conditions of entering a float into the Gayndah Orange Festival (Please tick each of the below items to acknowledge the conditions):

Current Driver’s License – I agree

The driver of the vehicle holds a current Driver’s License

Passenger – I agree

The driver must have a passenger in the front seat to accompany them

No alcohol or drugs and no known medical conditions that could be a problem – I agree

The driver must not have consumed any alcohol or drugs and have any known medical conditions that may inhibit their ability before or whilst driving the float.

Children under the age of 12 years on the back of the float will be seated and accompanied by an adult – I agree

All children under the age of 12 years on the back of the float must be seated and accompanied by an adult.

Children over the age of 12 must have something they can hold onto to stabilise themselves whilst on the float – I agree

No throwing of objects from the floats – I agree

There are to be no throwing of objects from the floats. People may walk beside the float and hand out items.

Additional Important Information

Judging will take place at 11.30am on Saturday the 3rd of May at the Assembly Point (park corner of Anzac Parade and Simon Street). Floats must be at the park by 11.15am. Report to the Parade Coordinator to receive a number for Parade order.

Assembly Point: Please assemble floats at the park, Corner of Simon street and Anzac Parade. The Procession will commence at 12pm sharp.

Route: Start in park corner of Anzac Parade and Simon St, left into Anzac Parade, continue into Queen Street, right into Fielding St, left into Meson Street.
